1. ELIGIBILITY
Cruise Into Translation on the KISS Kruise ("Promotion") is offered worldwide to participants who are at least 21 years or age. Employees, members and directors or immediate family (spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, daughter or son, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, regardless of where they live) or members of their same households (whether related or not) of such employees, members and directors are not eligible. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the award decision of Ortsbo.com, which is final and binding in all respects. Promotion is subject to all International and US federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD
Entry ballots to be entered to win will be accepted and must be received between 10:30am EST, May 20, 2011 and 12:00pm EST (Noon), September 1, 2011, regardless of actual time of submission by entrant.

3. ENTRY
To receive a ballot to enter the Cruise Into Translation on the KISS Kruise promotion you must register and download O4O for a chance to win. Once you have downloaded the program you will have additional chances to win by referring friends to do the same. You will receive one additional ballot for every friend you refer to O4O that registers and downloads O4O. Registration of O4O must be completed in its entirety to receive the promotion ballot.

4. DRAW
Winners will be randomly drawn on September 2 2011 from all eligible entries received by 12:00pm EST (noon), 01 August, 2011. The winners will be notified by email only immediately upon completion of the draw. If a winner cannot be reached after three (3) attempts to contact them via the registered email address, such person may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected. The decision by Ortsbo.com is final and binding in all matters related to this draw. Prize winners must submit FULL LEGAL NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS, MAILING ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER immediately upon notification of promotion win. Failure to do so may result in the immediate forfeiture of prize.

5. PRIZE – 5 PRIZE WINNERS
Ortsbo.com will provide to each prize winner, one (1) Balcony cabin for two (2) on The Kiss Kruise 2011 (the "Cruise"); admission to at least one ticketed Main Stage performance (and all shows that are general admission/non-ticketed); all onboard meals; entrance to the ship hot spots like the casino and disco; use of ship pools and waterslides; use of ship health and fitness center; children's facilities (excluding babysitting); prepaid port taxes and ticketing fees plus up to $4,000 U.S. spending money. Total approximate retail value of prize: $7,388 each. All taxes, fees, insurance, registration, delivery, shipment, and surcharges on prize are the sole responsibility of the winners.

Ortsbo.com will not provide airfare, travel visas, travel document expenses, hotel accommodations, travel insurance, any tax payments based on prize value, ground transportation, any expenses incurred while in port, any meet and greets with artists or other VIP events onboard (unless open to the public), VIP seating or check in, backstage or all access passes, gratuities ($10 per person, per day will be added to all guests onboard spending accounts without exception) and any of the following costs on board: gambling, spa and beauty services, the purchase of alcoholic or carbonated (soda) beverages, shore excursions and babysitting services.

Ortsbo.com reserves the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. No assignment, transfer or substitution of prize is permitted. Cabins are nontransferable from cruise to cruise, or person to person. Prize may not be redeemed for cash. The winners must travel to Miami, Florida at their own expense for the KISS Kruise which sets sail on the 13th of October 2011 and returns to port on the 17th of October, 2011. Travel expenses and arrangements, including, but not limited to, travel visas and any necessary permission to travel from your home country or to enter the United States for you and a guest is the sole responsibility of the winner.
If any Prize winner is unable to accept the prize for any reason, an alternate winner will be selected. Guests of any Prize winners must be at least 21 years of age. Winners and guests must travel to and from the same airport (major airport closest to winner's home) and have the same travel itinerary. Such itinerary is to be provided to Ortsbo.com at least 20 days prior to the cruise departure date. Winners and guests must possess valid travel documents (i.e., valid passport and any necessary travel visas and permissions) in order to travel. Failure to follow travel itinerary as arranged will result in forfeiture of prize. Airline-initiated schedule changes and flight delays do not constitute failure to follow itinerary. All taxes, meals, entertainment, tips and other items not specified herein are the responsibility of the winner.

6. ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS
All winners' names will be posted on www.ortsbo.com from 2nd September 2011

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Winner must execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and where lawful, Publicity Release within 5 days of notification. Failure to return documents in a timely manner, or if prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, may result in disqualification with an alternate winner selected. Where permitted by law, winner (and in those instances when interim drawings have taken place, potential winners who have been selected in the interim drawings) agrees to grant to Ortsbo.com the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to, the world wide web, at any time or times, the winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information as news or information and for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration; and further without such additional compensation, appear for, or provide biographical information for use in, any presentation or other activity which may include filming/audio/video/ electronic or other recordings and/or interviews, as may be determined from time to time by Ortsbo.com. Failure to make such appearances or grant such rights may result in disqualification with an alternate winner or potential winner selected; and while not obligated to do so, Ortsbo.com may in its sole discretion, bear such reasonable costs and expenses which Ortsbo.com, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate for winners or potential winners to appear for a presentation or other activity. VOID WHERE RESTRICTED OR PROHIBITED BY LAW.
Ortsbo.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or web site; to be in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
Ortsbo.com reserves the exclusive right to determine winners, and also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel this Promotion or to change the terms and conditions of the Promotion without notice.
Ortsbo.com will prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law.

8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Ortsbo.com is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users, or tampering or hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the web site. Ortsbo.com is not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Promotion or downloading materials from or use of the web site. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of Ortsbo.com, could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, Ortsbo.com reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion for any drawing(s) and select the winner from entries received for that drawing prior to the action taken. 9. DISPUTES
As a condition of participating in this Promotion, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively, before a court located in the Province of Ontario, in the Country of Canada, having competent jurisdiction, which Court shall apply the laws of the Province of Ontario without regard for doctrines of Conflict of Law. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Promotion), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
